In the aftermath of all the wildfires we have seen in recent years, a local homeowner is raising concerns about what he believes is unreasonable requirements by his insurance company. Alan Bassett’s home is located in Woodmoor, and area that lives up to its name with a lot trees. The dense trees raise wildfire risk and many insurance companies are requiring more mitigation to reduce danger.
